Can I get a refund for a session that didn’t take place?

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur fees, and no refunds will be issued for no-shows. For specific refund inquiries, please reach out to our support team. While it is highly unlikely that a practitioner is a no-show we would always refund your session should that occur.
