Cancelled session still sent me a reminder email today

I had a session booked for today 3pm which I had cancelled last week and was confirmed to be cancelled. I still received a reminder email for the session this morning, as if the session hadn’t been cancelled. Checked with UPX and the session had definitely been cancelled and taken out of the practitioner’s diary. Not sure if a bug but thought I’d raise
