We are very excited to share with you some new benefits within the MYNDUP platform. We still pride our selves on having a product which is focused on giving you the user the power of choice when picking a practitioner and aim to have as little barriers to access for support.

Multiple bookings at once

You can now book multiple sessions in advance. Whether you’re scheduling therapy, coaching, or counselling, it's easier than ever to ensure your mental health support is planned ahead, giving you peace of mind. You still can only book up to 8 weeks in advance.

One platform for 1-1 virtual sessions and content

All your mental health support needs are now in one place! You can seamlessly access your practitioner sessions and explore self-guided resources such as articles, booklets, webinars, and videos in the same platform.

View your historical booking data

Track your progress with ease! You can now see your past bookings, monitor your mental health journey, and reflect on your sessions whenever you need to.

Friends & Family discount code

We understand that support is important for everyone. That’s why Friends & Family (F&F) codes are available, offering your loved ones access to the same valuable resources and support.

Easy request features, report bugs and ask questions

Use our feedback tool on the right-hand side of the platform to share your thoughts and improve your experience. You can easily request new features you’d like to see, report any bugs you encounter, and ask questions. For frequently asked questions, you’ll also find helpful articles in our Help Centre for quick reference.
