Allowance / Payment Option
Can we please have an option to either pay from our allowance or pay by card? The allowance from my company only covers half of the sessions I do each month (once a week). This means that my allowance will cover all my sessions for the first half of the year, but then I’ll have to pay every week during the second half. It would better if I was able to split this up, so that I can choose to say, pay for two sessions a month myself and then use my allowance for the other two. I was able to do this before the platform update, which meant I could spread this cost out.
Send outlook/google calendar invitation
Would be great to receive or being able to download somewhere invitations to update personal calendars (outlook format, or google)
Send ics invitation for outlook calendar
I need to update my calendar with the booked sessions, it would be great to receive ics for outlook (and other format for other users)
Favourite/ shortlist practitioners
Was just scrolling through the app and came to my attention I dont think you cant scroll through your ‘favourite’ practitioners. Think it would be a great feature
Cancelled session still sent me a reminder email today
I had a session booked for today 3pm which I had cancelled last week and was confirmed to be cancelled. I still received a reminder email for the session this morning, as if the session hadn’t been cancelled. Checked with UPX and the session had definitely been cancelled and taken out of the practitioner’s diary. Not sure if a bug but thought I’d raise
